BENEFICIARY
Help NOVA Royals FC, a 501(C)(3) soccer club, in raising funds to support the development of physical, mental, and emotional growth of Northern Virginia youth and adults through the sports of soccer. NOVA Royals FC provides soccer programs almost at no cost to the players. Our funding relies on donations and an annual fundraising event like this. Most of the proceeds from this event goes to NOVA Royals FC. Some portion of the net proceed will be distributed to the following charitable organizations.
Helping Children Worldwide: 
Helping Children Worldwide helps children by strengthening and empowering families and communities. Helping Children Worldwide works on building trusting relationships with mission sustaining partners and collaborates with international program partners to transform communities and tackle the greatest barriers to their sustainable futures: poverty, disease, illiteracy, and despair.
Himalayan Free Clinic:
Himalayan Free Clinic (HFC) provides chronic disease management including doctors’ checkups, lipid panels, A1c, EKG, and diabetes education for individuals who have no health insurance and no other access to healthcare. HFC also refers to more tests and screenings at discounted through diagnostic centers.
Upability Foundation:
Upability Foundation brings together established organizations and creating a larger awareness in the society to make sure of maintaining a consistent form of attention and treatment to the disabled everywhere. Upability Foundation works on putting forth an agenda that would bring essential resources in the hands that need them most.

Hurry; Register 3 weeks in advance to get a personalized Race Number!
You must know your bib number in order to pick up your bib. If you do not know your bib number there will be a Self Lookup area. If you register more than 24 hours in advance, your bib number will be texted or emailed to you at least 2 hours prior to bib pickup.
If you register within 24 hours of bib pickup please bring your confirmation email, either on your phone or printed, in order to be assigned a bib.

Examples of suitable in-kind donations include bottled water, nutritious refreshments such as bananas and energy bars, as well as services like sports massage. It's important to note that contributions made to NOVA Royals are eligible for tax deductions.

Bronze Sponsorship Level: $500 - $999
- You or Your company's name and logo will be prominently featured as a Bronze Sponsor in event programming, including flyers and pamphlets.
- Following the event, there will be a dedicated social media shout-out for you or your company for a week.
- You or Your company will receive a live shout-out and acknowledgment during the event.
- You or your organization have the opportunity to receive 1 complimentary race registration.
Silver Sponsorship Level: $1,000 - $1,999
- You or Your company's name and logo will be prominently featured as a Silver Sponsor in all event programming, including flyers, pamphlets, and t-shirts.
- You or Your sponsorship will be acknowledged on the "Partner's Page/Section" of the non-profit's website for a duration of 1 year.
- Following the event, there will be an extended social media shout-out for your company for a period of 2-3 weeks.
- You or Your company will receive a live shout-out and acknowledgment during the event.
- You or your organization have the opportunity to receive up to 2 complimentary race registrations.
Gold Sponsorship Level: $2,000 and plus (Limit to 5 Sponsors)
- You or Your company's name will be prominently featured as a Gold Sponsor in all event programming, including flyers, pamphlets, and t-shirts.
- You or Your sponsorship will be acknowledged on the "Partner's Page/Section" of the non-profit's website for a duration of 2 years.
- Following the event, there will be an extensive social media shout-out for your company for a period of one month.
