SPONSORSHIPS

  • Platinum Sponsor will have their logo or name on our Lanyard Giveaway. They will also receive all of the extras listed for each of the other sponsorship levels.

  • Bib Sponsors will have their logo/name on the Front Side of the Bib for all to see. They will also receive all of the extras listed for: Gold, Silver, Photo Booth and Bronze Sponsorship

  • Gold Sponsors will be in charge of announcing the beginning of the 5K. They will also receive all of the extras listed for: Silver, Photo Booth, and Bronze Sponsorship

  • Photo Booth Sponsors will be advertised on our Photo Booth Photos alongside our Team WearRed logo. Photo Booth Sponsors will also receive all of the extras listed for: Silver & Bronze Sponsorship

  • Silver Sponsors will be advertised on our Water Bottle Giveaway. Silver Sponsors will also receive all of the extras listed for Bronze Sponsors

  • Bronze Sponsors will get special recognition at the race, and on the website. Bronze Sponsors will also have their logo on our give away Tee, and have the opportunity to hand out materials for their business during the race. They will also be shown on the website for the race and all Social Media Pages

  • Sponsor will be able to show their business Logo on a Lawn Sign during the route of the 5K

  • Product Sponsors will follow the same guidelines as the amount of product that is donated to the race. Product Sponsor can be food or snacks for the runners and their families, product for giveaways, product can be raffles

  • Service Sponsors will follow the same guidelines as the amount of service they provide. This year we are looking for character costumes, a photographer, a magician or clown

Team WearRed diligently works to put together fun, exciting, energetic events that can bring together the Heart Community. During so, we are always raising funds for our ongoing projects. 100% of our donations go to local families and hospitals that we have connected with through the years.

Suggested Amounts

Registration fees are used toward race expenses and cannot be returned once you sign up.

ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Nor are they transferable from year to year. Once you are signed up, race fees are used for race expenses and cannot be returned.

In consideration of accepting this entry, I understand and agree to be legally bound hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and waive, release and hold harmless Team Wear Red's Annual 5K, Go Red or Go Naked, Inc., The Town of East Islip, elitefeats inc., and any volunteers and all race sponsors and their agents, employees and representatives for any and all injuries, claims, liabilities and causes of action related to my participation in this event. I attest that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the completion of this event and that my condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor. I further grant permission to any of the foregoing organizations to take and use photographs, video, and recordings or any other record of this event for any purpose whatsoever.

If signed by a parent, the parent agrees to release and hold the above-named organizations and persons harmless of any claims which may be asserted by or on behalf of the entrant as well.

ABOUT

Welcome to the world of Team WearRed! WearRedorgoNaked Inc. is an accredited 501(c)3 non-profit organization that strives every day to raise awareness for CHD.

Rhiannon's Run hosted by Team WearRed to Raise Awareness for Congenital Heart Defects. CHDs are the number one leading defect in children born today, affecting 1 in every 100 children born. Congenital Heart Defects, although the number one birth defect in children is highly underfunded, and awareness is very scarce. Come join us and hop, skip, jump, run, walk or crawl through the 5K to help us with our goals!
