Love Yourself Challenge

EVERYONE IS WELCOME TO SUPPORT AND PARTICIPATE!

Upload your times & photos June 14-30, 2023

Let's move as commUNITY to love and appreciate ourselves, what our bodies can do, and move in solidarity with Callie as she runs the 2023 Western States Endurance Run 100 June 24-25, 2023. Callie is passionate about running, writing, her dog Cloudy, community, and promoting body positivity, especially within the running industry. Let’s cheer each other on, challenge ourselves, and move together!

Know To Run represents the opportunities for gaining knowledge, carrying that knowledge and implementing what you’ve learned and put best practices into our own lives to be a good relative to ourselves, to each other, and with the lands. Know To Run series examines the power shared knowledge can bring to spaces that lack diversity while being able to uplift community voices who all have a story to tell, all who are doing inspiring and impactful heart work.

Know to Run EP 2 features Callie Vinson, who put her health first + now is training to compete in a 100 mile trail race while promoting body positivity. Callie also loves sharing running stories, motivation and education through content, where so many are inspired by her voice and journey.

Everyone receives a Rising Hearts, Running On Native Lands and Raspberry Lemonade artwork sticker when they sign up!

About Mya and Kokom Scrunchies:

The creator behind Kokom Scrunchies. Mya Beaudry is a talented 12year old Algonquin from Kitigan Zibi Anishinabeg First Nation. Since starting Kokom Scrunchies in the fall of 2019, Mya and her family have always ensured that all Kokom Scrunchies are handmade with love in Canada. Mya named each of the original Kokom Scrunchies after Indigenous role models in her life. She hopes to also inspire others in her journey. What started off as an idea, has taken Mya on the path of bringing Kokom Scrunchies to everyone, young and old.

We will follow up on July 1, 2023 and give you the option of the bag or poster.
