Rockland County EMS, PD & FD teams only, must have 3 runners to score. The team who has 3 members cross the finish line with a total of the fastest finishing time wins. Maximum number of team members ; unlimited!

Spring Hill Community Ambulance is a nonprofit volunteer agency founded in 1967. Currently with over 200 members. We are a 911 dispatch agency that responds to community calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our 2022 call volume was 8,659 and an expected close for 2023 of 9,500. Our agency takes pride in the medical care, compassion and professionalism for each patient we encounter.
Reps For Responders is Rockland County volunteer based Nonprofit organization providing services supporting the mental health and wellbeing of all first responders, military and nurses, active, and volunteer. Pathways include: physical activity, proper nutrition, social connection via peer support, and a variety of clinical treatment modalities provided by mental health professionals who specialize in working with trauma, substance use disorder and first responders.

Starting on Firemens Memorial Drive, running a trail that exits alongside the American Legion onto the local roads with one big hill to climb and a speedy downhill to a flat finish! The course will have 2 water stations run by Spring Hill EMTs and Youth Corp. Members!
Free Race Parking will be available to all runners at Rockland Boulders Stadium 1 Palisades Credit Union Park Drive, Pomona, NY 10970.
Race staff will direct you where to park.
The start line is about one 10th of a mile from parking.
A volunteer will direct you from the parking lot, to the bib pick up, it’s a short walk, about 3 tenths of a mile from the parking lot.
