Miles intentionally run/walked from point A to point B, covering a distance, do. It's all about honesty!

Find a Certified USATF Course
Some run/walk events display course maps at elitefeats.com
Many parks have measured 'fitness' trails open to the public
Many state parks have bicycle paths/trails
Download free app Strava & hit 'Record'
Smart watches like Garmin, Polar, Apple and so on have you covered too!
1. Get out for your Run/Walk/Bike daily or whenever you'd like.
2. Starting on THE FIRST DAY OF SUMMER visit this results page.
3. Search for your name & click UPDATE.
4. Follow instructions provided to enter your time.
